Nibley Hog sharing platters  – A selection of cured meats, local cheese, mixed olives, Mediterranean breads, balsamic glaze, parsnip crisps.

Afternoon Scones – Fruit scones with clotted cream, local preserves and cheese and onion scones.

Staff will be supplied to carve the hog roast along with serving the meat, place salads and breads on guests tables, clear plates and serve evening food.

Further Information

This package is based on a family service for the salads with guests coming up to collect the meat / vegetarian option.

Basic running order.

Scones / Canapés to be served to guests on arrival.

Desserts to be placed out on a serving table for guests to help themselves along with cheeses.

Evening food would be cooked and left on a serving table for guest to help themselves.
